Babes of London is an established London escort agency serving a high-volume, commercially diverse clientele in one of the most competitive cities. With an extensive roster of providers on the site and a baseline of local brand visibility, the agency’s organic performance was lagging behind its operational capabilities.
The website wasn’t built to compete for generic commercial searches. Most organic visitors already knew the company, arriving via branded searches such as “Babes of London”, while high-value keywords, including “London escorts”, generated no meaningful visibility.
The challenge wasn’t simply to improve rankings. The website needed to be rebuilt to support long-term SEO growth, scale efficiently as new content was added and convert significantly more visitors into enquiries.
Contact UsCapture high-volume search traffic: Shift the core organic results away from branded keywords and towards high-intent commercial terms, e.g., “London escorts”
The project began with a substantial frontend redesign, including profile improvements, mobile optimisation, interactive galleries, floating contact buttons and general UX refinements.
Development shifted towards CMS improvements, automated data imports, profile management, blog functionality, metadata optimisation and scalable content management.
Category pages, location pages and supporting content were expanded while contextual relationships between blogs and landing pages were introduced through new backend functionality.
The final phase focused on technical refinement, including Core Web Vitals improvements, migration fixes, image compression and broader performance optimisation across the website.
Contact UsAlthough visually appealing, the existing website was held back by several technical and structural limitations.
Organic visibility depended largely on branded searches, leaving significant opportunities untapped for users actively searching for escort services across London.
The site also suffered from performance issues, legacy development problems and an architecture that made ongoing expansion difficult. Adding new pages, profiles and supporting content required unnecessary manual effort, while technical issues such as migration errors, large media assets and Core Web Vitals problems limited overall search performance.
Rather than applying isolated SEO fixes, we decided to rebuild the platform around a scalable search strategy, conversion improvements, and modern design principles.

The rebuild significantly increased the agency’s organic online presence. Monthly organic traffic grew by 488% while Google Search Console clicks grew by nearly 800%. More importantly, the site moved away from relying on branded search terms and towards commercially valuable keywords that result in actual bookings.
The new CMS and site structure made future growth and expansion much more achievable. A reliable and user-friendly system to create new locations, categories, profiles and supporting content means that these features can be added quickly and easily with robust internal linking in mind.
By combining UX improvements with better page structure and clearer conversion paths, the site generated 442 contacts attributed to organic search in May.
